    What's For Dinner (1/7/2019) Edition?

I made a killer lamb/beef meat loaf last night so it's meat loaf in pita tonight and an Israeli salad.

    May make a tzatziki sauce.

It's small diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion (or green onions), goat cheese (optional), mint and a simple oil and lemon dressing.

    Delicious!

Made an excellent chicken soup the other day and did an amazing but simple shrimp dish tonight along with a great mac and cheese (also snow peas).

I've made a lot of mac and cheese in various formats, I did this Chef John

Heck. I did everything exactly (for once).

    It's amazing.
