I had some beef and some lamb so I decided to try my hand at these ground meat kebabs this morning. I ground the meats with all the spices and herbs and it's getting to know itself right now.

I plan on serving them with an herbed horseradish cream sauce and a pilaf with Sazón seasoning and slivered almonds (and probably parsley and peas).

I have never made or grilled this format of kebabs before so the entire thing could be a big disaster. Good or bad, I report back. If it's decent, I'll post the recipes.
