Technically perhaps, but I believe his decline will force a change , maybe to a Harris-Biden ticket.
    • “Weakness is refusing to take responsibility for your own actions, weakness is pointing your finger at someone else in a time of crisis." — Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, blaming Trump.
    • "We hold these truths to be self evident. All men and women created by the, you know, you know, the thing." —Joe Biden, explaining the Creator.
    • "The way I see it, there's always, c'mon, there's always money. It's there." —Elizabeth Warren, explaining socialism.
    • “The interesting thing about the Green New Deal is it wasn’t originally a climate thing at all.... We really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.” —Saikat Chakrabarti, then AOC's Chief of Staff.
    • "We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them." —CNN's Don Lemon, showing how to stop demonizing people.

If he’s not mentally capable to be on the ballot as President then he’s not capable to be on the ballot as VP. One heartbeat away and all.

I sometimes feel a bit sorry for you guys when Reality inevitably intrudes on your carefully constructed fantasies then I remember you will just ignore it.
"I want to pause here to note, humbly, that it is wounding to watch a public servant reduce those who take him at his word to fools. I mention that not because it “matters” in any sense McConnell would recognize but because it is simply true that this nation’s decline accelerates when the conventional wisdom becomes that believing what the Senate Majority Leader says is self-evidently foolish. The chestnut that politicians always lie is overstated—a society depends on some degree of mutual trust. One party has embraced nihilism, pilloried trust, and turned good faith into a sucker’s failing in a sucker’s game."

Don't feel too sorry for us. Compared to some of the crap you posted recently, we are pretty lucid compared to you.

    Do you ever watch him?

Do you ever wonder about his reliance on and misreading of teleprompters? Do you ever wonder why he doesn't take questions, or why his schedule is so light?

People are remarking that Biden has been noticeably absent at night events. Some have been speculating that his dementia is advanced enough to trigger sundowning. I don't personally believe that.

But older people with memory issues do seem to operate quite a bit better in daylight. It isn't a feature of Alzheimer disease particularly, just a side effect of other cognitive declines. There's some relation between circadian rhythms and sharpness in old age. Daylight seems to be focusing while night allows for a bit more scattered or distracted interactions.

He's going to be on the ballot as running for President. Election law does not have a switcheroo clause that I know of.
"What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people. January 20th 2017, will be remembered as the day the people became the rulers of this nation again. The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer."

    Time will tell.
