Please, show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful. Because I can show you that outraged citizens are the ones who have made America what she is and led to any major milestones.
OK, I pulled a little Biden-borrowing there. Those are actually Chris Cuomo's words, defending the "mostly peaceful" riots that scarred this country month after month after month.

- "The way I see it, there's always, c'mon, there's always money. It's there." — Elizabeth Warren, explaining socialism.
- “The interesting thing about the Green New Deal is it wasn’t originally a climate thing at all.... We really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.” — Saikat Chakrabarti, then AOC's Chief of Staff.

I'm sick of this crisis theater. It appears that far Left agitators mixed with the crowd and started the whole thing. I'm not for Americans breaking into the Capitol but where was the fabled security for the site?
They have stinger missals or whatever to take out aircraft but they couldn't keep a gate locked?

A country that loads its anti-aircraft guns with liturgical books is probably lost already.
Meanwhile, I saw a video of protesters in the Rotunda of the Capital, noisy but walking politely inside the velvet ropes. A few guards were standing by, "at ease." Those were the Trump supporters, and it looked like at that moment there was no cause for alarm.
