    Interesting photojournalism

A repository for artfully done, interesting photos from the news. Often, they will express a point of view. And whether you agree with the point of view or not, you can still appreciate the technique with which it's expressed.

If you post one, please give a link to the place you found it, so as to give due credit.

    Here's one.

    -found here-

Patriotism is of its nature defensive, both militarily and culturally. Nationalism, on the other hand, is inseparable from the desire for power. The abiding purpose of every nationalist is to secure more power and more prestige, not for himself but for the nation or other unit in which he has chosen to sink his own individuality.

One thing I learned from my photographer father was that you don't have to appreciate technique or content when evaluating photos...it really is in the eye of the beholder.

Okay. Feel free not to comment on their aperture selection or their bokeh.

You've already set these photos up to be what you think they are..."artfully done, interesting photos". Comment away.

You're free to tell us how much you hate them, and who posted them, and the fact that they were posted at all. Or you could post some that you find interesting. Or you could be all passive aggressive and resent something you imagine I thought. I apologize for having an opinion before you had a chance to assign me one.

I didn't imagine anything. I quoted your own words. Moveon.

Election has him touchy. Or maybe it's just NEIP.

Sorry, I guess I don't know photographic techniques enough to understand what Norm is pretending to do here.

I've posted my published photos, where are his?
