Wow. Has a leftie here actually found an act of violence from a rightie? That would be news.

Somebody has gone fringe. Not sure if Trump has anything to do with it. I do know that sand sanitize can get rid of a lot of nasty stuff.

Someone had used a Sharpie to scrawl swastikas and hate-filled graffiti all over the subway car: "Jews belong in the oven," "Destroy Islam," "Heil Hitler."
Passengers looked uncomfortable and unsure of what to do, Locke said. But then a man stood up and said, "Hand sanitizer gets rid of Sharpie pen. We need alcohol," Locke told CNN.
Then, "everyone started digging into their pockets and bags for hand sanitizer and wipes," Locke said.

Nied and other passengers got to work on erasing the graffiti. He told CNN they were "satisfied in just doing the right thing."

Holy crap! Graffiti on a New York subway! Perish the thought!
Leftists have unquestionably demonstrated their hatred for due process, and Democrats have undeniably obstructed justice for, and thoroughly victim-shamed and smeared, Karen Monahan.

I have seen them routinely in and around NYC subways since 1983.

So, what type of person do you all think writes hatred against Jews and Muslims? Maybe a high teenager. Maybe a so called Christian? I say so called because I won't view them as part of the club anymore than most Muslims would count ISIS.

But they are the most offensive thing you can draw on a wall without being able to spell.
I'm thinking that once, in 1953, a group of interesting people just happened to be in a coffee shop at the same time and a great discussion of issues, ideas, and the meaning of life occurred. Since then we have been waiting at Starbucks for Lawrence Ferlinghetti to say something heavy.

I heard a rumor that it could've been Robert Reich.
May we raise children who love the unloved things - the dandelion, the worm, the spiderlings.
Children who sense the rose needs the thorn and run into rainswept days the same way they turn towards the sun...
And when they're grown and someone has to speak for those who have no voice,
may they draw upon that wilder bond, those days of tending tender things and be the one.
